1. Services
Susania (OPC) Private Limited provides IT and digital services including but not limited to website development, SEO, social media marketing, graphic design, logo design, content creation, domain registration, hosting, and Digital Signature Certificate services.
2. Project Engagement
All projects require a written agreement or email confirmation outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms. We begin work only after receiving the agreed upfront payment.
3. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment required to commence work
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion
- Monthly services (SEO, SMM) are billed in advance
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- GST (18%) applicable as per government regulations
4. Revisions
Website design projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. DSC applications are subject to Certifying Authority policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed websites and designs. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
