1. Website Development & Design Services
- Before work begins: Full refund minus payment gateway charges (if applicable)
- After work has started: Refund of advance payment minus work completed and non-refundable expenses
- After project delivery: No refund. We provide revisions to address concerns
2. SEO & Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly services: No refund for the current month once work has commenced
- Quarterly/Annual packages: Prorated refund for unused months minus setup fees
- SEO results are not guaranteed due to search engine algorithm changes
3. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
- Before application submission: Full refund minus processing fee
- After application submission: No refund as Certifying Authority fees are non-refundable
- Rejected applications: Refund of our service fee only; CA fees are non-refundable
4. Domain & Hosting
- Domain registrations: Non-refundable once registered
- Hosting: Prorated refund for unused period within 30 days of purchase
5. Refund Process
