Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Susania OPC Private Limited (“SOPCPL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides refunds and accepts cancellations for services provided by our IT company. By engaging with Susania’s services, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Refund Policy:
1. No refunds will be provided if the work has been initiated and subsequently canceled by the client.
2. Refunds will only be considered if the cancellation request is made before the commencement of the project or service.
3. SOPCPL reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis, and refunds, if approved, will be issued at the sole discretion of SOPCPL management.
4. Any expenses incurred by SOPCPL in the execution of the project before cancellation, including but not limited to labor, materials, and overhead costs, will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing to SOPCPL’s designated email address info@susania.com or through the official communication channels provided by SOPCPL.
2. Cancellation requests will only be processed if they are received before the commencement of the project or service.
3. SOPCPL reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover administrative and operational costs incurred due to the cancellation, which will be communicated to the client upon receipt of the cancellation request.
4. If the cancellation request is approved, any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded after deducting applicable cancellation fees and expenses incurred by SOPCPL.

Miscellaneous:
1. SOPCPL may, at its sole discretion, modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time without prior notice. The most recent version of the Policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai Jurisdiction.
3. If any provision of this Policy is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from the Policy and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
